Ingredients:
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
Tin of Pasata
500g Steak Bites (preferably filet)
1 tsp Patè di Peperoncino (add more for more heat)
Beef or Vegetable Broth
Salt + Pepper + Sugar to taste
Cooking Instructions:
In a pot add finely chopped onions and garlic, add beef, sauté, (add dry white wine and let reduce), add pasata, cook on low heat for a couple of hours (frequently adding broth) until steak bites fall apart, add spicy sauce to taste
