Spicy Beef Ragu

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • Tin of Pasata

  • 500g Steak Bites (preferably filet)

  • 1 tsp Patè di Peperoncino (add more for more heat)

  • Beef or Vegetable Broth

  • Salt + Pepper + Sugar to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a pot add finely chopped onions and garlic, add beef, sauté, (add dry white wine and let reduce), add pasata, cook on low heat for a couple of hours (frequently adding broth) until steak bites fall apart, add spicy sauce to taste
