Pasta Tricolore

The easiest pasta dish you can imagine

Ingredients:

  • Pesto alla Genovese

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Mozzarella Balls

  • Pasta of your choice

  • Olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Cook pasta, save some pasta water, cut tomatoes in fourths, cut mozzarella balls in half, pour out pasta, heat up pesto and pasta water in the same pot, add caprese (tomato and mozzarella balls seasoned with oil)
